1.Warranty period
Since the day you buy RunCore SSD, if the products emerged unexpected
failures when you operate according to our guidance of normal
use, we will repair or exchange a new one for you within the period as
follow:

2.Before return, please make sure your product meets the following RunCore warranty policy.
(1)RunCore will issue an RMA only if the product is under warranty and Customer has handled and stored the product according to
its labeling.
(2)RunCore is not responsible for free repair or return for the
product�� s damage results from natural disaster or caused by improper
operation and any other failure not led by product itself.
(3)Material may not be returned without prior written authorization
from RunCore. The product must have been originally purchased
from RunCore.
(4)Returned merchandise must be complete.
(5)Returned merchandise must be in the following condition:
(A)Original packing (manufactures box, plastic blister packaging, etc.)
(B)All accessories (cables, connect box, connect PCB, screw driver, etc.)
(C)UPC bar code & Serial # on the box intact (as received).
(6)Please completely fill in the required items in the following RMA
form:
(A)RMA Number.
(B)List the item(s) and reason(s) for the return.
(C)SN Number.
(D)Environment.
(E)Contact phone or email.
(7)Items on special sales, closeouts or discontinued merchandise may not be returned.
3.Notice
(1)Please backup the original data in products with storage function
before return for repair. RunCore will destroy all data in SSD thoroughly
for better protection of customers information.
(2)We use replacement for some RMA products, thus some repaired
products will be probably not the original ones.
(3)Due to products quick upgrade, when the returned product
stopped production or reparation, RunCore will replace by the
same rank product, and RunCore reserves rights of equivalent replacement.
(4)Severe damage on the products appearance (such as fracture,
plates burred, flooded, PCBS pads off, etc.), RunCore will charge
material cost for damaged parts. RunCore reserves all rights.
(5)RunCore will fix products as soon as possible to ensure your
normal usage. In case of delay or low version of products inconvenient
repair or you have other needs, RunCore can provide you an
upgrade of the current product, but you need to make up the
price difference between the present value of the product they are
returning and the present value of the product they are upgrading
to.
4.Repair Period
Under normal circumstances, RunCore will repair or replace the defective
SSD within two weeks from the day of receipt. However, postpone
of repair or replacement caused by accessories incomplete or
transportation delay, hope you can kindly understand.
